Four main steps to guarantee safe and high efficient delivery
Delivery documents check
Order tracing person shall check type, quantity and accessories of the equipment to be delivered to ensure they are completely in accordance with the sales contract.
Quality inspection on the equipment to be delivered
After equipment system is completed by the production division, the quality inspector shall strictly inspect every listed items of the equipment one by one and record every test result to guarantee the quality of each equipment to be installed.
Packing list review
Before the equipment is packed and delivered, the order tracing person will check the packing list one by one in order to find out the missing parts.
Scientific packaging and transportation
For equipment packaging and loading into the container, we adopt professional packing and modular solutions to ensure safe and nondestructive delivery.
05/Professional installation and commissioning to ensure smooth acceptance
Our Installation Engineer will guide the construction, installation and commissioning of every equipment on site and commissioning of the entire production line.
Installation preparation stage
Check and confirm the order and check all the parts for the equipment according to the elevation and geometric dimensions in the drawings.
Equipment installation stage
Make an installation plan according to the design drawing and install the main equipment and related auxillary equipment one by one .
Trial running stage
Check the equipment further more and carry out commissioning and maintenance before it is put into use to ensure the operating data of the equipment can meet the production requirement.
Installation and acceptance stage
ALPA is responsible for training the relevant personnel. When all the items of the production line meet the design standard, acceptance certificate shall be issued by the customer .
06/Three quality assurances to ensure your production gets smooth.
Three guarantees clause
We provide three guarantees for all the equipment , quality warranty period is one year , however, wear parts are not included . (Note: three guarantees refer to repair guarantee, replacement assurance and return assurance due to the quality problems, direct expense within the scope of the three assurances, such as freight, spare parts and technicians’ accommodation and travel expenses etc. shall be paid by ALPA .).
One year warranty
Equipment warranty period is calculated from the equipment commissioning and acceptance date, the equipment shall be provided with one year repair service free of charge , repair cost to be caused by the quality problems shall be paid by ALPA.
Standardized complaint handling system to ensure accurate and quick handling of problems
You can submit a complaint feedback to us if there is any problem in the production line during your project operating process . We promise to complete trouble identification within 24 hours and provide solution to you, then help our customers to solve the problem within 3 days (domestic customers) or 10 days (foreign customers). Our complaint handling system is standardized to ensure accurate and efficient handling for the problems.
